Top 5 Weight Loss Tips & Supplements for Kids

Including duhs, surprises and downright odd but effective recommendations!

If you’re a regular listener, I’m willing to bet you can guess my #1 weight loss tip. And if you’re not (yet!), just doing this one thing will make a massive difference in your metabolic health including loss of extra body fat.

This brings me to a very important point: true, sustainable weight loss is a side effect of metabolic health. Think on this for a minute… we’ve all been taught to pick a scale number and count/burn calories until we hit that figure. Once we do, we eventually gain it back and increase our body fat percentage in this vicious cycle: restriction reduces muscle and almost all post diet weight gain is fat. Diet rhymes with riot, and this is what you do to your metabolic health when you go on one.

Tip two necessarily includes some “duh” advice, three might make your eyes roll back in your head, and tips four and five get a little hippie dippy. Tune in to see how surprised you might be and let me know what you think in the comments!


I also discuss supplements for kids which was requested by a listener. This will also have some surprises and sneaky moves on how to get your kids to eat liver, for example!
